This post is about fun facts about me that I thought I should share with you.

I am checking out your website as per message on valentchamber. First off congratulations on getting it up. Okay hair: My father is Afro-Latino and my mother is Latina. My hair growing up was a hot mess. My mom used to perm it every other month which made it hard and rigid. She used to wrap it once a week to make it straight. I look back at baby pictures with my cute little afro and wonder why that was unacceptable or considered ugly when I was a teenager. My mom used to go through great pains to get rid of my unmanageable natural hair. I can never find a hairstylist that can handle it either. About 3 years ago my sister taught me how to style our type of hair. Believe it or not, all I do is after I wash put mousse in it and squish it. And voila! Beautiful curly, puffy hair I love! The puffier and wilder the better. I still straighten it every once in a while but that’s because my lazy ass doesn’t have to wash it for 5 days when I do that. So my natural hair is beautiful and I love it !

Aww thank you for stopping by my blog! I really appreciate it! I understand, my mother used to get my hair permed every permed every six weeks when I was a kid because she didn’t know how to deal with my coily hair. The hair stylist that I had in the past didn’t treat my hair well either and my hair didn’t grow. They used too much heat.
Then I learned to stop getting the perm because it was damaging my hair. And now I am my happy natural self!! 😀
Thanks for sharing your story with me!
